I used to eat here a lot when I was a student at Sonoma State back in 2021 and this place is pretty solid. I never dined in but they're open late which is super convenient for college students who are up late either studying, doing homework, or have late classes and meal options are limited. The portion sized are pretty substantial for the price as well. Their teriyaki chicken is tender and the flavor was very good. I also enjoyed their tempura.

I order from here all the time, I love taking out or dining in. Food is always good and service on point!

This place is special. Great food, nice staff. Loved my meal! I frequent very few Japanese restaurants, but this place is a gem. It's definitely worth a repeat visit. Haven't tried the Korean BBQ, but I would bet it's amazing. Everything I've tried here was well above average. I've witnessed many dishes dropped off on someone else's table, and several times I've asked the waitress. " What dish was that?" Every time I have left Haku. I've left stuffed, and every time I've thought, I'm going to try that other dish next time.. That approach has yet to fail me. Ambiance: I would have to say, there is one seat, in the back corner, that was a little dark, and could have benefited from a bit more light. I'm not too picky, but some might find that experience more unpleasant than others.

This place is so delicious and fresh! My husband and I stop by every time we're in Santa Rosa and this is definitely one of our favorite sushi places! Definitely want to come back to try the kbbq menu as well!

Ambiance is nice, lots of wood. Seats were not comfortable just straight wood so being a cushion if you need one. Service was good, a bit slow to come back around and check but very pleasant and knowledgeable. Food was the highlight of it all. We were starving and ordered a bit of everything lol and we enjoyed it all! Would definitely come back to try the rest of the rolls and dishes they offer. They also have a Korean BBQ menu that looked really good and seemed popular with a few tables.

Haku Sushi is located in the heart of Santa Rosa. Being new to the area I am always on the hunt for a sushi spot, lucky I came across Haku. Parking can be a bit tricky on a busy day since street parking is always crazy but on not busy days it's a breeze and tons of open meter parking available, they also have a parking garage right across the street if needed. Service was great, the staff that helped me was very welcoming and gave me time to over look the menu and patiently waited till I was ready. The restaurant looked busy and I noticed tons of people also picking up orders to go. I finally placed my order and also got it to go so I can enjoy at home. Waited about 15/20 min and my food was ready. I did noticed not only is it a sushi restaurant they also have some type of Korean menu as well, so I feel like they offer more than just sushi but I didn't ask or explore to much more. Just make sure you come hungry, they do have a good selection to choose from. I ordered 3 rolls and some veggie tempura, I would say the prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to paying back home but I know inflation is real and everything in Sonoma County seems to cost more. I will say, the rolls were delish! They were worth the price, The quality and quantity were outstanding. If you find yourself looking for sushi and are in the area, I highly recommend you stop by. FYI: TOGO 20% off on cash payment. DINE IN 10% OFF on cash payment Enjoy! SYoY :)

Nice enough place. We got sushi to go. Order was correct, and service was fast. The rolls were quite small, but good. My only complaint was that they used a sweet sauce on the bottom of the container, and so the rolls had some sweet sauce on them. I prefer to taste my sushi without any sort of sweet sauce like that. Decent parking within a few blocks.

This place was awesome! We ordered sushi to go, and got two signature, rolls and one sushi/nigiri combo. The fish was quite good. And all of the items were fresh and carefully prepared. My five star rating is based on the incredible value and very good food. The service was also excellent. I really appreciate them offering a substantial cash discount it would be a great place to dine in as well, it's cozy with a lot of wood and very efficient service.

My BF took me here on a date one night and we had both never been here before so we weren't sure what to expect. He was told that the names of the sushi rolls were interesting, and they sure did not disappoint. We tried to get a few variety of rolls in terms of fish, and types. We had no idea that one of the rolls would literally come out wrapped in foil and lit on fire on the plate. It definitely was memorable and quite a scene. I just think them carrying out the trays with the liquid was scary because it was sloshing back and forth and if she had spilled it without noticing and lit other things on fire- that woulda been less fun, but more memorable I supppose. We both enjoyed the rolls as they were fresh and flavorable. I think we just liked the variety of rolls to pick from as well, it was a little overwhelming. What was underwhelming was the decor. I think they were going for old school japanese style vibes, but it just came off as a little cheap and kind of tacky? It's definitely it's own vibe so I am not judging on that. It was a fun and cute date night spot, just saying- don't expect a fancy atmosphere.
